…and not just because [Spoiler?] it is in The Fault In Our Stars (TFIOS), But because I have always wanted to travel to places that weren’t just “Going shopping in town” or “Going to Uni” or “Going to the Gym. 

 I’ve been pretty pleased so far that my “going to uni” has allowed me to live in, and travel from, somewhere that isn’t the boring, familiar streets of the town in which I grew up, but now I’m used to being here the fun and adventure are starting to disappear. 

 What I really wish for, what I would like most in the world (if I could afford to do so), would be to take a round the world trip. I’d visit pretty much everywhere I could and my trips would not just be to the obvious, more popular tourist attractions, but also to the more rural, unseen beauty the hides away far from the reach of your average traveller and  holiday goer.

 Amsterdam, [Again, Spoiler?] at least in TFIOS, is so beautifully portrayed that I can just imagine my self there. Not as most people would probably go there for (example, The Red Light District), but to just sit by the side of a canal, cup of coffee in one hand, and a fantastic, beautifully written book (probably by John Green) in the other.

There are many other places I would like to go to as well, and in most places I probably would just do the tourist like thing and view the most popular areas, but just to get out there, to see the world through my own eyes rather than through a TV screen, Photograph in a magazine, or even through the screen of my computer, would be the most brilliant experience.

Something that I hope my life will one day become.  (?)
